RBK as Mr Don Carley our designer and a man that knows and uses his talent with this company for years and for his customers he is AAA also his team of installers Donny Steve Mike and Shawn are very talented with what they have to do to get the job done efficiently. I had a kitchen remodel done by Rochester Bath and Kitchen. And while it took a bit longer than expected, the end result was beautiful!
The crew that worked on the remodel, John, Vinnie, Eric and Alex were fantastic. They were perfectionists and took a lot of pride in their work. They were also professional and respectful of my home.

Very good company to deal with. The installation team of Mike and Shawn are the best to work with. They did great work and kept our home clean and safe for the entire time they were here. They are 5 Star workers.
We were getting new countertops for our home. Our salesman was Kyle who was very patient and understanding. We are older and decision come harder. He worked with us showed us various samples and finally found the one for us. Donna and her team were very professional. Always on time and informed us when they would be there. The layout of the slab was perfect. The transition of the veins was perfect. We also required a plummer and cabinet maker. They were so good and professional. Thank you to everyone involved in the process. We had a minor hiccup but Kyle was able to resolve. I would highly recommend. Thank you again.

We are very happy with our shower install. The design process was made easy by Don who was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Our remodelers Wayne and Kris were great to work with, they were efficient and courteous.
Rochester Bath and Kitchen Remodeling just did a tub-to-shower conversion for us and we are VERY happy with the results. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. Thanks to Neil for getting us through all the decisions and selections; and the installers, Mike and Shawn. Everyone involved was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure the result was what we wanted, the job was done right, and all questions were answered.
Jeff, Ken and Steve recently turned our horrible bathroom into a showroom!. We were impressed with their workmanship and clean up at the end of each day. We will be happy to recommend them to our neighbors and friends
We recently had our master bath and guest bath remodeled. A designer, Tom helped us through each step of planning and choosing all products. Jason and Hunter did the installation. Jason was so careful to do everything right the first time like asking us to show him exactly where we wanted grab bars, towel bars, medicine cabinet, etc. All their tools and drop cloths were cleaned up and stored each night.
Despite a lot of demolition prior to new installation, dust was at a minimum. That really mattered to us.

We had our bathroom remodeled, including a tub to shower conversion, new tile floor, new cabinet, light fixture, fan, medicine cabinet and fixtures. Wayne and Chris did a phenomenal job. They were very skilled and professional. The bathroom looks great.
Mike and Shawn did an awesome job, from beginning to end. They had to come back to make an adjustment, very prompt and kind. Took their shoes off, left everything nice and clean 😊
Mike and Shawn did an excellent and expert job remodeling our master bath.
- Replaced and expanded the walk-in shower creating additional depth. Removed all existing wall and ceiling tile and wallboard. Installed all new wallboard topped off with floor to ceiling Acrylic all around including ceiling. Replaced old shower fixtures wth new. Did plumbing to align fixtures in new center of shower due to expanded area.
- Replaced existing fan/light with new and moved its location so as not to have to notch-out new shower ceiling covering. Involved moving associated ductwork.
- Replaced existing tile flooring and underlaying board. Installed new underlayment and Alterna tile with grout.
- Replaced two vanities with new and topped with Onyx tops and new fixtures.
- Replaced light fixtures x2 Installed wall boxes for both fixtures that never existed before.
- Replaced or patched all associated drywall.
- Replaced toilet.

- Cleaned up everything before leaving each day. Job took four days working in a tight space.
- Excellent communication throughout job.
- Would gladly have them back again for future work.

Mike and Sean did a masterful job remodeling our shower. We hit a little snag and Mike figured out a solution that made us extremely happy. If you want a professional job , these guys are the best.
The process was so easy from start to finish. We felt at home in the showroom as we decided on colors and materials. When it came time for the installation, Mike and Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, communicated with us for every decision, talked with us when they ran into anything unexpected (which always happens in an old house), and cleaned up every day. We are thrilled with the finished product and would highly recommend them and Rochester Bath & Kitchen!

We installed a deep soaking bathtub and new surround in our guest bathroom. This was the third or fourth job we placed in the hands of RB&K. Obviously we like the quality and value of their work. This job was performed by Jason and Justin who did a great job and met all our expectations.
We loved the work the guys did which was very professional, personal and excellent in every way!
Was able to meet with one of the designers and worked out a really good plan and design.
due to scheduling and time lines as well as price we went with another contractor. aside from that, the whole process was really good from beginning to descion time. we feel that a good product would have been built for us. we just went in a different direction.

Don Carley was an installer and knows the job. I went to the Showroom and it has everything imaginable to look at. the price was better than those one day idiots too.
We decided to have our bathroom remodeled with a walk-in shower, replacing the tub and vanity. We met with Tom, who walked us through the process from start to finish and made our experience of choosing the right color scheme and products a breeze. And it didn’t stop there.
When Wayne, Donny, and Steve showed up to begin installation, we were amazed not only by their knowledge, skill, efficiency, and professionalism, but Wayne also discovered a hidden, blocked air/heat vent behind our current vanity, which is why we always froze after taking a shower in the winter. He went the extra mile by adding a vent cover to our new vanity, allowing direct air and heat into the bathroom. They also installed missing wall insulation and other minor details, all of which went far beyond our expectations.

We have been very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness we’ve received from Rochester Bath & Kitchen. We definitely recommend them. They stand behind their work and make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
We had our kitchen completely redone down to the wall studs. New electric being up to new code. Pinnesula removed and a big beautiful island installed. The entire project took a while because they do excellent work from the tear out to the finishing trim work. Having been in the business I don't hire someone that says ' I can start next week". There's a reason he's sitting around waiting for work. We had 28 doors and 5 drawers. Refrigerator, Duel Fuel Range, Dishwasher, Microwave all new and moved from their former location. John, Rick, and Alex could not be better installers and ambassadors for your company. The neatest and cleanest guys I've ever seen. Any dust and dirt was confined and cleaned up at the end of their day. Even the garage and driveway where they stored material and did some cutting was left spotless every day. I'm 78 and probably not doing and more extensive renovations but if I do I won't hesitate to call Rochester Bath and Kitchen Remodeling in East Rochester on Dispatch Drive. The other end of the street from Leo's Bakery. PS last September they also had another crew remove our bath tub and install a walk in shower. That job was excellent also. 👍
This company is hands down the best! Neil gave us excellent suggestions on our kitchen remodeling and was patient during the entire process. About 20 years ago Rochester Bath remodeled our complete bathroom. Excellent and super clean job and workers. Recently we decided to have the wall surround and tub replaced with a new walk in shower with safety bars. An Excellent job. The workers were so clean we didn't even know they were here and the job came out amazing and looks like any bath in a showroom. We recently had Rochester Bath and Kitchen remodel of our main bathroom that was still sporting a 70's look. The process from start to finish exceeded expectations. We started with Dan who is one of the owners to design our new bathroom. He was super helpful and very patient. The two installers Jeff and Rich showed up on a Tuesday to start the job. From laying down drop covers to protect our carpeting to vacuuming at the end of each day you would hardly know they were there. The roll off dumpster arrived an hour after they did and was picked up an hour before they left on Friday when they completed the job. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. Jeff kept me informed and answered any questions that I had throughout the project. While they weren't the cheapest they were competive within range of the other estimates we received and brought tremendous value to the table. They have a great product showroom and products,they showed up when they said they would and completed the work in the time frame indicated resulting in a stress free experience. You could tell that this is a company that has their act together. I would highly recommend them if you are redoing a bath or kitchen.

Rochester Bath & Kitchen was great to work with. We had them do the tub in our upstairs bathroom a year ago, and had them do our kitchen this year. We were very pleased with their work and their cleanliness throughout. Communication was very good, and their workers are very knowledgeable. I would, and have recommended them to several people.
