We recently had Rochester Bath and Kitchen remodel of our main bathroom that was still sporting a 70's look. The process from start to finish exceeded expectations. We started with Dan who is one of the owners to design our new bathroom. He was super helpful and very patient. The two installers Jeff and Rich showed up on a Tuesday to start the job. From laying down drop covers to protect our carpeting to vacuuming at the end of each day you would hardly know they were there. The roll off dumpster arrived an hour after they did and was picked up an hour before they left on Friday when they completed the job. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. Jeff kept me informed and answered any questions that I had throughout the project. While they weren't the cheapest they were competive within range of the other estimates we received and brought tremendous value to the table. They have a great product showroom and products,they showed up when they said they would and completed the work in the time frame indicated resulting in a stress free experience. You could tell that this is a company that has their act together. I would highly recommend them if you are redoing a bath or kitchen.
