Don Carley was an installer and knows the job. I went to the Showroom and it has everything imaginable to look at. the price was better than those one day idiots too.
We decided to have our bathroom remodeled with a walk-in shower, replacing the tub and vanity. We met with Tom, who walked us through the process from start to finish and made our experience of choosing the right color scheme and products a breeze. And it didn’t stop there.
When Wayne, Donny, and Steve showed up to begin installation, we were amazed not only by their knowledge, skill, efficiency, and professionalism, but Wayne also discovered a hidden, blocked air/heat vent behind our current vanity, which is why we always froze after taking a shower in the winter. He went the extra mile by adding a vent cover to our new vanity, allowing direct air and heat into the bathroom. They also installed missing wall insulation and other minor details, all of which went far beyond our expectations.

We have been very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness we’ve received from Rochester Bath & Kitchen. We definitely recommend them. They stand behind their work and make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
We had our kitchen completely redone down to the wall studs. New electric being up to new code. Pinnesula removed and a big beautiful island installed. The entire project took a while because they do excellent work from the tear out to the finishing trim work. Having been in the business I don't hire someone that says ' I can start next week". There's a reason he's sitting around waiting for work. We had 28 doors and 5 drawers. Refrigerator, Duel Fuel Range, Dishwasher, Microwave all new and moved from their former location. John, Rick, and Alex could not be better installers and ambassadors for your company. The neatest and cleanest guys I've ever seen. Any dust and dirt was confined and cleaned up at the end of their day. Even the garage and driveway where they stored material and did some cutting was left spotless every day. I'm 78 and probably not doing and more extensive renovations but if I do I won't hesitate to call Rochester Bath and Kitchen Remodeling in East Rochester on Dispatch Drive. The other end of the street from Leo's Bakery. PS last September they also had another crew remove our bath tub and install a walk in shower. That job was excellent also. 👍
This company is hands down the best! Neil gave us excellent suggestions on our kitchen remodeling and was patient during the entire process. Rick, Alex, and John are top notch...reliable, clean, courteous, and professional. They are nothing short of craftsman. If you need a bathroom or kitchen remodeling, this company is the one to call!

Tom was brilliant at helping us with the design. He suggested a few changes that turned out to be smart. When we visited the tile store, he steered us to an option that was perfect and beautiful.
Brian did the final measurements (with a laser) and fixed issues with our out-of-square kitchen.
Becky was great with her timely communications.
The crew (John, Alex, & Ric) was wonderful. Always on time, professional and entertaining. We never felt funny about asking them questions and they always checked with us if there was an issue. They found a cracked & leaking pipe in the wall (from the previous installers). They also tracked down an electrical issue that turned out to be a split electric line.

The front desk associate was friendly and polite, but was quick to dismiss our desire to schedule a consultation in our home. They wanted us to call back or schedule it on the Internet. I could've done this from home and saved the trip.

About 20 years ago Rochester Bath remodeled our complete bathroom. Excellent and super clean job and workers. Recently we decided to have the wall surround and tub replaced with a new walk in shower with safety bars. An Excellent job. The workers were so clean we didn't even know they were here and the job came out amazing and looks like any bath in a showroom. Thank You Rochester Bath and Kitchen Remodeling for an exceptional installation.
